Service Description
Relieving pain & stress in upper body only. This massage focuses on the muscles located around the neck and shoulder region. There are many different techniques commonly used during a shoulder massage including acupressure, kneading, effleurage, skin rolling, cupping and Gua-sha. These modalities effectively reduce pain, stress, tension, tightness in the shoulder and neck muscles.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small, appointment-based business, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments result in lost time that cannot always be filled. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Emergencies and exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of Ther-a-spa. Thank you for respecting my time and business.
