Cancellation Policy
24 hour cancellation or rescheduling is needed. Any no-shows, cancellations or rescheduled appointments after that will be charged full price. Booked appointments get a 10min. grace period. After 10min. late, it’s considered a no-show. *Ther-a-spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced gift cards.
